The property information is wrong. We had a room which said 2 king beds, 1 double sofa bed and a single bed. When we got there we got 2 king beds and 2 sofa beds which were 4 ft long. A child couldn’t even sleep on them. There were ants everywhere. We had to get the cleaners to clean ants from the room several times. The front desk didnt even try sort the bedding situation out even though the room description was totally wrong. The shared pool was silly too, people from other hotels were coming and occupying the tiny bit of pool we had. There’s only 4 loungers which were always taken. We lost the room card and they charged us €10. Pay a bit more and get a much better place guys.

It is so funny that you full grown man can not even understand what he reads. Our infomation is %100 correct. We are running that business more than 2 years firts time i hear about that, you want to sleep as 4 male people on same room and you dont want to share beds it is alright but our information and photos of room is correct that at sofas only kids can sleep they are not for the full grown people. I hope next time you choosing the room you can pay extra to other hotels to get 4 single beds. Our hotel rules that you have signed is clear that card lost information there is also lots of rules but as always you didnt read them also. Your rate is unfair just you didnt share beds with your friends when you are giving comments and rate it should include all facilities but your hate is beyond that.

You have smoked and was so loud in the room all the other guest are not happy about it and also you have damaged the room you generally was so rude and bad behavior to all our staff. Your room was cleaned your water was working and hot also your air conditioner is working mitsubishi electric branded. We dont really know what make you had bad experiences.
