Posted 7 Oct 2019 on HotelsThe owner screamed at us, the breakfast was olives, cucumbers, tomatoes and cheapest breakfast serial. No, coffee. Pool was cold and with short working hours. And I mean really cold even for Latvians. For Southern nations it might not be suitable for swimming. We were not allowed to use the hotel towels. The Internet was breaking off, which was important for us, because we traveled for fun, but also for business. There was no fridge in our room, so all our drinks were warm.

we have all camera records and nobody sreamed to you. this clime is not true. please when you writing like a thing, sure about your proof. second thing is about breakfast. our breakfast is really better than many hotel which have the same priece with us. we have many kinds in our breakfast.pool of course could be cold now, because we are october now. we did not say that we have heating pool. when you come holiday in october, you can face cold pool even if you are in antalya.you come our hotel in wildly, rainy and almost cold weather. because of this we have difficulties about connection of internet.you try to use our towers ın the outside but our towers were white which means that you can use them in your room not outside. some rooms have mini bar and some not. if you ask or want we can give you extra. in your room you dont becasuse your room choice was economic and that was small room. we do not put fringe to small room but when our guests want we put fringe in their rooms.

Problems need attention in the bathroom, sink unit needs a
Sealent around the hand wash basin, and a shelf system to
hold customers toiletries etc. The bedroom electric plugs need checking, some do Not work, and the room friidge is Not
connected to the electric circuit., outside the entrance door it
needs a lighting system which comes 'ON'' to light up the main doors and hallway area to some rooms.Otherwise all OK. And we will book again, should the Akdeniz University Hospital require us to stay for a longer period. Friendly Staff.

Hotel room is clean but owner is Arrogant!
Posted 17 Dec 2014 on HotelsHotel room was clean and tidy bu the owner Mr Ibrahim was very arrogant and rude to us. He blames us to buy room at very cheap price and there was a mistake to sell this room on internet. We said "you can cancel if you're unhappy" but he says "we have to pay full price and would not stay if we don't want". This was a horrible feeling to hear this.
He didn't give us double bed but two single beds and asked extra money for this. He says everybody is happy in that hotel but we were not. Overall we are very unhappy with this hotel and I would not recommend them to anyone!

Clean hotel arrogant owner. Stay away from there
Posted 16 Dec 2014 on HotelsHotel was clean and comfortable but owner Mr Ibrahim was rude and arrogant. He didn't give double bed and says "You bought very 'cheap' price, I don't know how did you did?"
He behaved as a "cheap" customer, and you cannot cancel this. You can either pay, don't stay and go or pay extra for double bed.
I felt miserable at the reception.
Hotel is clean but don't stay there even think to go there.

15tage war ich dort mit meine 2 kinder
werde auf jeden fall wieder besuchen.

Güzel bir otel
Posted 23 Aug 2019 on Hotelsİşim gereği devamlı seyehat ediyorum ve pek çok otelde kaldım.Fiyat, performans olarak son derece güzel bir otel.Konumu beach park ve kent meydanına çok yakin.Çevresinde market, restaurantlar vs herşey var.Otopark ve gürültü sorunu olmayan nezih bir muhit.Personel de gayet ilgili, odada elektrik problemi oldu servis çağırıp hızlıca hallettiler.Kahvalti gayet yeterli ve çeşitli.Küçük bir havuzu var, gayet sakin içecekler makul bir cafe fiyatinda.Olumsuz olarak sadece odalarin biraz bakıma ihtiyacı var ama sorun edilecek seviyede değil.Aile olarak kaldık ve sevdik.Olumsuz yorum yapan arkadaşlar bu fiyata başka illerdeki otelleri görseller fikirleri tamamen değişir.
