"Must be newly renovated. It was super quiet and comfortable. Beds were comfy, room was clean and nothing was broken. We did not have daily housekeeping but we didn’t mind it at all. Metro is a bit of a walk (20mins) but tram was a 5min walk. We preferred the tram. We were concerned from the prior reviews but at checkin, since our room was available, they let us check in at 10am. Everything was super smooth and staff was great. I would stay here again."

"The hotel is new and the rooms ave very beautiful and potentially comfortable. The restaurant is good and the staff is hepfull. On the very negative side the heating in the room was terrible (too cold or too hot, no control possible) and at 6:00 a folse fire alarm went on and staied on for several long minutes. Last but not least the shuttle did not show up at the right time . It's a new hotel, I hope they can improve in the future, but for now ..."
