We enjoyed our time at this comfortable hotel, situated in a quiet area, yet located close enough to the excitement of the lake. The food at the restaurant is good, both for breakfast and dinner, and you can even catch a glimpse of the lake from the patio. The wifi worked great at the restaurant, but we had no luck getting any connection in our rooms, a frustration in an otherwise nice stay.

Found beds hard but this is personal and only one soft pillow with no extra ones stored in wardrobe like most Hotels! On mentioning it on check out we could have asked at the restaurant for extra pillows but as reception was closed up with shutters when we returned that evening we didn’t know this!

Nice hotel close to town and nice view
Would definitely stay again. Staff in hotel and restaurant were all very friendly and accommodating. Nice location and very quiet - liked the room and the décor. Everything was in great condition and well kept and clean. Food was excellent in the restaurant and the breakfast that was included was delicious and had many choices in the buffet.

Backpackers hotel
It's a backpacking property. Suitable for people for whom room/style is not important. Bathroom fixtures very rudimentary - water all over the floor. Tedious to mop the floor constantly. No bug screens or fans. Rooms we had had a kitchenette which we were told no longer are operational. Overall middle of the road.

New wing of the hotel
We stayed in the new wing of the hotel. The room is very new and really decent brand new bathroom. Bed quite comfy but pillow very limp. We had no AC in the room and it was quite hot outside. We couldn't open the window either as we are situated on the ground floor next to a water feature which is attracting a lot of mosquitoes. Nonetheless, I would stay here again.

Great spa
Obviously designed for the summer crowd, this place still was just what we needed on a rainy, foggy late winter's day at Lake Konstanz. Friendly enough staff, lovely facility, great breakfast (included) and a very low price. Balcony view of the full moon included at no extra cost. I would definitely return.

one day we will be back here for longer stay!
Great hotel!! Its full of light, super(!) clean, modern and very comfortable! Rooms are full of storage, bathrooms are nice, clean and simply new!Their bath towels are true to SPA resort quality. Everything in this hotel looks just like it opens its doors yesterday! The elevator is something from sci fi movie :). Next door restaurant is GREAT! The food is awesome the ambiance is unforgettable! BTW your breakfast is going to be served in the same restaurant:) Come over a little bit early and you will have this full of natural light open room with magnificent with to the water just for yourself....the sound and smell from the wood stove are super relaxing.

Nice quiet retreat with AWESOME spa.
Very nice, new, and clean hotel. Shower was all glass and basically in the bedroom, which is great for some occasions, but not so ideal when you’re traveling with your father and grandmother! Overall, it was a great hotel, and will definitely be where I come when I visit next time!
