"Everything was perfect, the Lange room, comfortable beds, great location between Hbf and the center. However, the air-conditioning was not regulated, it was too hot in the room. There is no shampoo or shower gel but the hand soap(!) in the shower. The breakfast at 9:50 was empty (should be till 11:00) and was not renewed, considerable luck of the serving personal at the restaurant, actually gust one girl."

NEGATIV: Das Haus ist nur oberflächlich im guten Zustand....Vermutlich veraltete Leitungen, die für überaschende Duscherlebnisse sorgt und es musste sehr lang das warme Wasser laufen, bis es als solches bezeichnet werden konnte. "The staff was ok, but felt a bit cold and not welcoming, even when i checked out. But the hotel itself, you can tell it was new and i loved the interior, very nice breakfast and i slept very good. "

"We booked a last minute stay here for 1 night. The hotel and the surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. We dined in the restaurant which we booked upon arrival. The menu was created daily and was interesting. Breakfast was good. The use of the spa was permitted until 6pm the following day which was great. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Would highly recommend if you want to find some time to relax and deflate."
