"The breakfast buffet was pretty good - lots of options. Staff were very helpful for everything, even when I had trouble with the laundry machine. I rented a bike a few times, which was great, but the rental policy wasn't clear. one employee said I could rent for one or more days, one said I could only rent one day at a time, and then the return policy isn't clear - do I owe the key back the next morning or does a day rental have a time limit at night? Not a big deal, just a little confusing."

"My apartment was small but perfect for solo travelling. Everything i needed, shower, toilet, microwave, fridge, kettle, bed, tv, safe, hanging rail for clothing, even had a hairdryer tucked away although not something i use. Was clean and warm. Windows that open to let air in should you need it. They provide breakfast down by reception. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. You only needed to ask and they would do their best to answer or help. Situated away from all the main city...

"cabin concept is ok, tiny room that’s like a cabin you might have on a ship. location is good, in a smart area near the canal, or whatever they call the man made body of water in copenhagen. but in terms of decor and vibe, it’s like staying at a mental hospital. depressing. "
