"Before I get into all the negatives of this place, let me say that if your plan is to bring a group of children to a place with multiple pools, buffet meals, and hourly activities, Chrispy World is not so bad. If you want comfortable beds, a normal-sized TV screen, reliable WIFI, reliable air conditioning, reliable electrical outlets, and to not be nickel-and-dimed for little extras, then avoid this place at all costs. "This was our First trip to Crete, this resort was on the quite side, so if you looking to unwind and relax , this is the place. The meals were pretty good and the desserts amazing. The staff were pretty friendly although I find the bar staff at the pool could be a bit more friendlier. "

"This property doesn't offer shampoo or conditioning for the shower. The shower stall isn't too grate, it is very small and water can get everywhere. Also, they do not supply pool towels, but you can rent them from there and you have to pay extra for WIFI...not very good as I thought I was paying for ALL inclusive. The drinks aren't that good either and the A/C only worked once for the 8 day staying. The people that work there is the best thing, but I'd stay there again. "

"While the staff were very friendly the hotel was very limited insofar as amenities. The room was not well prepared with bathroom plumbing requiring emergency repair to render it safe. Even with that repair it was a very ‘rustic’ room with little comfort. The most difficult aspect of the hotel was the 90 stairs that had to be climbed to access the room! This was not for the faint of heart and should be highlighted in the description."
