Brand new hotel, but very average quality!
Posted 6 Oct 2021 on HotelsHotel new, rooms are spaciuos, but the rooms have not air conditioning, air ventilation in the bathroom exists but not working, the floor and the coil do not heat, the smell of sewage comes from the bathroom, bad room service,non-fresh yesterday’s food is served for breakfast it’s a cardboard box for German retirees - strongly do not recommend.

The building is new, well-kept and subtly pleasing to the eye. Rooms are spacious.
There is no climate control or AC. This would be okay, considering the climate in general, but the rooms should have at a minimum a fan to circulate air.
Food in the lobby bar was excellent. But i was disappointed about the lack of room service.
There are no on-site or reasonable accommodations for laundry service.
That said, i enjoyed my stay. The building was in excellent condition. The style and decor was very much to my liking.
Of special note, the person in charge of reservations, Agnieska, provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service. She was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful.

Sehr tolles Hotel mit schönen Zimmern.
Das Schwimmbad und die Sauna waren auch sehr gut wie auch das Frühstück.
