Roof top bar was lovely but we booked because it had a pool and this was closed Booked twin room- adult son and daughter given a double- had to argue for 30 minutes to get this changed 30 minutes later 2 male guests walked into their room- double booking. Staff apologetic but made them feel unsafe Only1 room key- told someone would let us in if needed- phoned reception 3 times- no one came

Pool and bar on 12th floor is nice. No towels of any kind in room. No shampoo or conditioner. Called front desk. Told to call housekeeping. Called. Was brought one towel. Several calls later had all but a bath mat. Next day: You guessed it. No towels again. Dirt in elevator. Everything run down, dilapidated. Two machines I tried to use in gym didn't work. Treadmill dangerous. 2 star hotel. Good ratings I've seen are lies.

I ask for 2 twin bed when booked for 4 person.but they give us one bed.. :(
