"The property was not very clean. Staff was sleepy and didn’t respond well to our phone calls. No toilet paper. No elevator to take us to the hotel on the third floor. Definitely not worth the money we paid for."

"The staff make staying here so much worth it - they go above and beyond for all requests. I have been staying here regularly for a few years now - 2 things need more attention from management: common area carpeting looks old and seems to have a stench and needs cleaning the food menu is great but the preparation doesn’t seem to be authentic for the Bengali dishes. In all would stay here next time as well. "
