Love the quiet tranquil property. One of my favorite places to stay when I am in Kolkata. Eden pavilion food and staff are awesome!

This was my 2nd time staying at ITC Sonar. My experience met my expectation.
I try to be a low maintenance guest, however the hotel staff were always trying to ensure that my stay was comfortable.
Housekeeping, room service, reception, laundry services, guest relations, checkin staff, security, gym staff, restaurant staff and managers were
always doing their best to ensure that guests do not have a reason to complain about.
The breakfast buffet had plenty of options. The restaurant staff were polite, respectful and tried to offer the best possible service.
Gym was well equipped, clean and spacious.
Laundry service was quick and effortless.
Room service and reception staff were prompt and professional.
The security staff were well trained and were capable of doing their job flawlessly.
The front desk was knowledgeable and eager to help.
Guest relation staff members were professional.
The room was very comfortable and quiet. The bed, linens and furniture were perfect.
Elevator worked swiftly. The property was squeaky clean and well decorated for the festive season
This is one of my favourite hotels in Kolkata now. This time, I stayed for 10 days and it was a joyful experience.
