I have booked hotel from your site. However the payment was made online but the hotel was not open for business. Please initiate refund

Pathetic service, when booked hotel it was mentioned free wifi breakfast and parking.. but when i checked in hotel receptionist said you have only booked room hence no breakfast and other services will be provided after calling expedia team finally receptionist agreed to give free breakfast but only misal pav or poha and tea. Horrible experience not recommend this hotel to anyone
