"We really enjoyed our vacation at this hotel. Quick check in. Clean room which was warm in winter. The room was well cleaned. The only downside (someone already wrote about it) the toilet is very close to the sink. At night it was quiet and we slept well. Now about the pool - it is super. "Amazing hotel with spa and pool. Super buffet breakfast. Excellent reception with English speaking staff and beautiful statues. Restaurant built 100 years ago but hotel 6 years ago. Felt brand new, absolute luxury, power sockets everywhere. Recommend this hotel to everyone. Great health benefits to Heart and lungs from the air and water 👍"

Wenn man wirklich mal nachts ankommt und man nicht das kleingedruckte gelesen hat (steht bei Anreise in der Beschreibung), dann findet man das nicht, zumal die Rezeption in einem anderen Hotel ist. "The apartment is nice - 5th floor with fantastic views. But - the swimming pool, sauna and gym are not included in the price. The apartment door did not close - so it was a little bit uncomfortable. When we arrived the first lift was broken and the second day broke the second and the last one. 8 floors (from -3 to 5th floor) with the ski equipment up and down was quite hard. "

"The main highlight is of course aquapark, nothing more impressive to look in this hotel. Despite 3-stars level the staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and customer-oriented. We had a chance to talk to Konrad and it was not the most pleasant one that we faced in our life. Beds are to soft and we had a back ache after the first night but this is individual and people who prefer soft ones may like it. Sauna area as well as the whole aquapark is closed after 8pm so this might be a disadvantage for adults wishing to use sauna in the evening. It's ok for a short trip like 3-4 days but I would not recommend this hotel for a longer stay."
