"The bathroom lacked a safety rail in the shower, which I consider dangerous because I am over 70 years old. In addition, the electric water heater had a cord which was so short that it could not reach the electrical outlet in the kitchen area. When I went to to the apartment location at the time of check in, I contacted the online agent to send me an access cod which was meant to b sent to me to enter the building and the room. However, the agent went back and fourth with me for 2 hours to end up saying they haven’t got a booking for me even though I sent him a screenshot of my booking confirmation they could not do anything. "We booked two 2x bedroom apartments. One was way smaller than the other, but the smaller one I stayed in 404, first night I got bites all over my body which the pharmacist said were mites or bed begs but the cleaner checked and found no trace in the linen. I was moved to a bigger apartment which was way cleaner and way more comfy which was appreciated but just not a great way to start a trip hence the average review. The staff were helpful but still annoying that I got a reaction like that. "

"Excellent hotel. The sauna and gym were great, as was the room cleanliness and proximity of the hotel to sights and restaurants etc The hotel roof top bar was great as well as the restaurant. They served one of the best Ceasar salads I've even had! "

"Easy walking distance to all major sites and central station. Communal areas well thought out. Room was spacious (stayed in the larger double), big bed, warm and very comfortable. Great shower pressure as well. Decoration needed touching up in places but overall great value for money and location was outstanding "
