We had to go down 8 steps with luggage to get to our room. Felt like we were in a basement. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Mitch and Tim both.

We are pleased of course that you had good interactions at the front desk but our ultimate aim is 100% guest satisfaction and it feels like we could have done better in terms of room placement with you folks. Hopefully next time we see you we will have rooms available on a higher floor or we can switch your room type to one of those that would allow us to relocate you to a different part of the hotel. I still personally apologize as I would have tried to make the situation right for you if I had been aware and hope we can host you again in the future.

I hated it.Expedia's listing claimed there was a working pool whith pretty pics, showing an updated clean modern hotel. It was not! It was dirty, diostressed and the pool didnt work and hadnt for years they said. I called expedia for a refund and was told tough crap bud. Ill never stay with expedia again!

Our pool has been down for maintenance for a very short time and we are excited to have it back open to the public any day now, so whoever said it had been down for years was misinformed. Parking lot full of potholes. Shower curtain rod was broke and fixed with a pen. Pool is down for maintenance on the weekend. Vending machines were not operable. Pillows were small about the size of couch pillows. The bed comforter was quite thin.

Shower was poor, water was plugged pretty badly. Whole place was kinda shabby, needs paint and rehab. Parking lot full of deep potholes. Plus side, the staff were friendly and courteous, bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

Overall, our stay was okay. The hotel room we had didn’t have a working hall light, the shower looked like it needed to be scrubbed clean (had a yellow residue to the tub as well as gunk in the drain). It took forever to get hot water also. Not to mention the parking lot was FULL of potholes, some big enough to do a good amount of damage if you weren’t watching where you were going. When we went to check out, my husband had to wait 5 minutes for someone to check him out. Overall, the stay was fine - just wish minor things would have been better. But, for the price, you get what you pay for…

Before I arrived, the hotel said their pool is open and working fine, the day to check in, (which was in a couple hours) the hotel says the pool is not open and they didn't discounted the price, they didn't do anything for the inconvenience. Please be honest, I wasted my money and time because I could have went somewhere that my children could have swim and have fun and treated well.

Staff was awesome. Room was clean and neat. Just an older hotel that needs some renovation.
