very good service, dear staff, delicious breakfast. The owner was especially nice. We had some complications on the island but she helped us with everything.

Posted 4 Dec 2017 on HotelsBooked this hotel 2nd November got a message telling me there was a mistake there was no twin rooms left it would be a double room at no extra -When we arrived we got told there was no booking I had confirmation that I had booked and paid for 2 nights stay. The girl phoned her boss then she told us we could have studio at £600 baht extra why should I pay more money when it was not our mistake we got given one room for the night woke up in the morning to loads of bites , The we had to pack out thing and move to another room not much bigger than first room I was tired , angry , warm And
hungry I did not need this all I can say is won't be going back as they put a damper on my holiday the girl did try and sort it

thanks for you review, but in this case we would like to saying the True about your Case.
You booked the Room with us on the 2nd of November , ON the 3 rd of November we informed you already that we cant give you a TWIN BED Room but we offered you a Double Bed Room ( which is a upgrade without more costs for you ). Or you can Cancel free of charge ! You Did not Answered on any of this mails, even you Read it as the System is showing !
On you arrival, we JUST GAVE YOU ONE MORE OPTION to upgrade to the Studio Room just a s Kind offer from us. You are right you should not Pay more for a Room which you booked already, AND NO ONE EVER ASKED YOU FOR THAT MONEY.
I Repeat again : WE upgraded you to a double Room, even you did not response to Mails. And we both Know the Studio Room was just a nice Offer from our Reception staff, which is always concern to made the best for our Guests.
Giving us a Bad Review for a Case which is not our Fault is a bit wrong in my Opinion, i am sorry to hear that it gave you a bad feeling on your Holidays, but to avoid it in the future, it will Help answering Mails and information.

Great place to stay!

The road the guesthouse is located on is a little busy to walk along but this is the only downside. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a balcony to hang your wet swim stuff. If you pay for breakfast it's amazing - freshly baked bread, homemade jam, hams and cheeses... well worth the additional cost. Owner of the guesthouse and restaurant are both lovely and very helpful. Could not recommend more!

Comfortable clean hotel with friendly staff

Pros: Staff, clean rooms, comfort
Location: located by Pier, Sairee Beach (beach and shopping) 15 minute walk, located on main street
I traveled through Thailand 3 weeks and this was the best hotel I stayed. The hotel staff was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. I was met with smiles when I arrived and tips when I left. The hotel overall is new from what I can tell and about a 7 minute walk from the Pier you come in on. The nicer beaches are at opposite ends of the island and this hotel was in the middle. I walked to one end of the island the first day (45 minutes) and the other end the second day (hour 15) but there are scooters to rent all over the place for about 150-250 baht/day and also ample taxis if walking isn't your thing. The room was basic but very clean and comfortable with a nice bed and fast wifi. Would definitely stay here again on later visit.

Pros: Everything! The staff and location
Location: 5 mins from pier, accessible from everywhere
I travel often and have stayed in several hotels but never have I had a hotels staff take good care of me this way. If you're looking for budget hotel or infact any comfortable stay in Koh Tao, this is the hotel for you. The hotels manager So is a gem, she will listen to your needs and give you the best hints on what and where to go on the Island.
Great location(5 mins from the pier), clean room, good breakfast and GREAT staff! Highly recommended !!!
