At reception you are given bedding to make the bed yourself !! You are only provided with a small itchy blanket as a cover. The bathrooms are on a different level to where the beds are. There is an area where you can get free coffee and a sofa where you can watch TV.

Hi, sorry it seems you weren't so happy. We do now make the beds for our guests prior to their arrival. We also plan to supply duvets for every guest very soon instead of the blankets which it's now time to change.
