They were extremely accommodating when I had accidentally booked into the Village and not their sister resort the Beach . They were so understanding and helpful

Not happy!
Posted 28 Mar 2024 on HotelsWe didn’t like the way the property handled our situation. My husband was having to panicked attack and we ask for help from the manager. The room was too small, didn’t even fit our luggages. After checking in my husband couldn’t stay in the room so we left and had to looking for other hotel right away. We made reservations for 4 nights and we only stayed for a night and had to leave. But I left the message to the manager and told reason. No one response and willing to help out. My husband birthday trip was ruined. We need the refund for the rest of the night that we didn’t stay.

Au vu du nombre de bungalows à l'abandon, ainsi que le SPA, le bar et le centre de Yoga.
Sous peu, cet hôtel va certainement fermer

Au vue des commentaires, je me suis inquiétée mais vite oublié une fois sur place. Des rats, il n'y en a pas. Il y a des chats, des bêtes, j'en ai pas vu à part les moustiques mais une bombonne de spray pour l'air au 7/11 et un anti moustique on fait l'affaire. On est plongé dans la jungle avec une magnifique piscine avec une cascade. Le personne est super attentionné. Aucun problème de compréhension. Il nous comprenne très bien pour le choix du petit déjeuner ou pour un repas.La chambre était toujours propre. Les draps ont été changés durant notre séjour. il y a une carte à cet effet là dans le panier. Franchement très bel hôtel il devait être super avant le COVID. Dommage qu'il soit presque abandonnée car un très bel écrin. Merci encore pour ce fabuleux séjour.

Manglende service men fint værelse
Posted 14 Mar 2024 on HotelsVærelset og toilettet var pænt og rent. Dog var der ikke mørklægning ved alle lysindfald til værelset, hvilket gjorde, at man vågnede meget tidligt pga sollys. Derudover er der meget lydt, så man vågner af fugle og personalet der snakker ude foran hytterne. Vi havde desværre en uheldig oplevelse med kvinden "Tom" fra receptionen. Hun gav os en pris med rabat på morgenmad og da vi så skulle betale, lod hun som om det ikke gjaldt alligevel på trods af, at hun havde skrevet det på bonnen. Man skal være opmærksom på, at hotellet ikke giver mere end to flasker vand pr dag samt det faktum at de ikke yder nogen specielt god service.

The perfect getaway place
Posted 13 Jan 2024 on HotelsThe perfect getaway place! It’s beautifully located in the jungle. Feels secluded but it’s really close to Lamai beach/city. We stayed for two nights in the standard room and it was a nice relaxing experience. The pool area is just beautiful. Food was nice and there were a lot of healthy options. Shuttle buses go down to their beach hotel where you also find gym, spa and yoga. We rented a bike and definitely recommend that if you can. Nice staff. We loved it :-)
Just fyi not much happens here- book this hotel when you want to relax and get away from the busy beaches and cities.
