I do not want to be too harsh, but, the room I stayed in, 1 Bedroom Suite, was adequate but very basic. A little bit of age starting to show. No WiFi, to talk about, unless you ventured to the reception area. All the negatives start to outweigh the good.

Great amenities and view from my window. The room was quite small but the view made it seem larger.

Property was fairly new and pool facilities were good. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms were large with 2 TVs but neither worked very well. The pictures and sound were very poor as if no aerial. Unfortunately the room floors were pretty dirty with horrible stains. Needed a good wash. Bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had to be delivered to the room and had a good choice. I don't think there was a restaurant! We had to choose a time that we wanted delivery of breakfast. It was an hour late and cold didn't bother eating it.

Disappointed with my room

The initial apartment was awful and I genuinely am/was considering taking this much further, it was at the very least false advertising. I ending up having to upgrade to another apartment which cost an additional £11.00 per night for 18 nights on top of the amount already paid.

When entering the room there was a smell from the toilets / drains , the couch is in desperate need of a deep clean and the air con needs servicing . The staf were pleasant enough as were the facilities but had I been paying the full price rather than the sale price I would have complained there and then .
