This resort was quiet, beautiful and the staff were as helpful as they could be, since their English wasn’t always the best. My only complaint is the trash on the beach.

Really amazing staff, very friendly. Took care of our rooms with fogging for any bugs. Very clean place but beautiful grounds. Lovely beach connected to the hotel. Lovely pool. A great staff and the staff make it really special. Fond memories at Melati

Beautiful property! Excellent breakfast. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner, lunch, drinks...
The staff is absolutely wonderful! May at the Spa is amazing. I highly recommend this property, and the spa is a must.

Property was beautiful. The grounds and rooms are pristine and calming. The amenities are very limited. A pool table that is oversized and a table tennis table that is falling apart. The main pool closes at 7pm which is an inconvenient when you want to relax after day excursions. The drinks are overpriced and very weak (I could not tell the difference between a virgin and non). As much as we loved the property and rooms, I would say the experience is lacking for the price point.
