Hotel is not 5 star. Pool and view were its best features . Rooms fine and comfortable
Staff always oh their mobiles . Not once did any staff come around the pool to offer drinks etc. had to ask for everything all the time .
Poor service overall . Hotel manager was on site once a day. He sat my the pool smoking . Roads leading up to hotel awful and dangerous . The hotel have not put a road or clear directions . I arrived in darkness and it was a dangerous drive up . Ok for a few days but not the standard I expect from Thailand .

Dear Paul,Thank you for sharing your feedback on you recent stay at Mantra Samui Resort.Whilst some of our team have been taking leave during what has ended up as a very busy low season; following your comments, we will address the service issues you raised so thank you for raising them.We do have signage from the main road up to our resort; but, yes, we agree that the signage on the main road requires attention and are currently waiting on a response from the authorities at the Highways Department. Whilst there have not been any recorded incidents of anyone being in any danger, we are also in discussion with them about increased streetlighting, and hope to have these two issues resolved as soon as possible.We are happy to read that you enjoyed the pool and our view - these are both features that attract a lot of praise from our other guests.Thank you again for providing your feedback.Best regards,JamesGeneral Manager

The hotel was breathtaking, however I didn’t enjoy that it was a separate unit across the street. Staffs were extremely kind and helpful. The only thing that scared us was the unexpected room service knocking. But I think it’s common for room service. I just prefer not to have room service. But overall the hotel and beach was amazing. I would love to come back to this resort. I will give it a 10/10!

If you looking for peaceful stay in samui, and fresh air with fantastic views, this is the place, you arrived, I want to thank great staff for their hospitality they are amazing!!!!

Excellent relaxing stay with incredible facilities and dedicated spaces for study/relaxation/yoga. Great breakfast menu and stunning view from the pool. Will return!

I had the best experience at this resort. The staff are so friendly and welcoming! The property is clean and beautiful and the rooms are spacious and modern. The infinity edge pool has an incredible view. The gym has a variety of equipment, too. I loved this resort so much that I came back and stayed a few more nights. I have nothing negative at all to say and I would recommend this resort to anyone who wants to relax and unwind. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
