Really Hot....

Pros: at the beach
Cons: room is too hot
Location: the beach is the best part....
The positive is that is is a bungalow next too the beach... less than 1 minute walk. In addition, the Lamar beach is very beautiful. The negatives are: 1- I had a fan room and the temperature inside the room was about 35C from 9AM to 6PM... unbearable. April is the hottest month in Koh Samui, but the bungallow has very poor ventilation. 2- The facilities are not very nice... they rent jetskies that are stored next to the bungallows and so you have to put up with the smell of petrol.... there are better alternatives for the same budget elsewhere on Lamai and Chaweng.

Backpacker beach huts good value

Simple wooden fan hut next to the beach and main road of Lamai good location for £10 a night. Room cleaned every day if required wifi was average reception but not consistent and staff were nice. Only real downside was noise every morning from resort workers especially the construction guys. I would recommend for location and price for backpacker standard rooms.

Horrible. Poor location, room filled with mosquitoes. Toilet did not work, poor room structure. Unpleasant environment and staff were unhelpful

Terrible service

The place itself was alright, although the room was definitely not mosquito-proof and had no net over the bed. The problem was with the service. The people running the place said they had never heard of hotels.com, and made us pay for the room a second time. They were quite rude about it, acted like we were trying to cheat them, and lied and said they called the hotels.com number and it didn't work. Then when hotels.com went to get us a refund, they tried to say we never showed up for the booking. It worked out alright in the end, but it was a hassle we didn't want to deal with while trying to enjoy a vacation.

Déçu lors de notre arrivée pas de place il a fallut attendre un peu pour au final avoir une ancienne chambre alors qu'il y avait de tout nouveau petit apart tout neuf , la clim ne fonctionnait pas alors qu'à mon arrivee la receptionniste m'as demandé si je la voulais on nous a donc prété un ventilateur Dommage car sinon tres bien situé
