Very run down , many of the things in rooms do not work , PowerPoints , tv ,spa jets, lights … numerous requests with housekeeping to amend but no assistance. Breakfast very average. Pool appeared clean however a think film of black slime surrounded the pool. Both my children got sick, I can only assume the pool was the reason as we ate the same food for our trip. Have been to Koh Samui over 10 times, never would I stay at KC beach club again

Staff were wonderful. Our cleaner NOK went above and beyond when we couldn’t sleep due to light coming in the bathroom window and fixed it while we were out! What a great surprise! Breakfast was simple but good. Great location on Chaweng. Walking distance to shops. Right on the beach. Pool was missing tiles and sharp, so just be careful of that. But overall we had a lovely stay!

The staff here were exceptionally friendly and professional. Folk at reception was super helpful all the time, and Ball that served us when we were relaxing down on the beach or by the pool, was always a great pleasure to deal with. The rooms were fantastic and the location was nice and quiet yet still close enough to all the action. The only thing that we could pick on was that the cocktails served by the beach/pool definitely did not have any alcohol in them, which, let's face it, defeats the whole purpose. Although not a big problem, and isn't enough for us not to stay there again as we most definitely will. All that being said, I still give this place a 5-star review as it was such a fantastic stay with fantastic staff. Highly recommended.

The pillows were so big and hard that I was sleeping with my head on a 45 degree angle. Terrible neck pain. The shower was tiny. I had to shut the water off to lather up then turn it back on to rinse off. The bathroom sink splashed water all over my pants no matter how little or much I turned the water on. The lights on my balcony did not work and when I asked for a new room they just said no. The last 2 days I was there the elevator was out of service and I was on the third floor. One night around midnight I ask for some ice because my refrigerator didn’t work well and they said they couldn’t give me any because the bar was closed. The breakfast options were very limited. I ate eggs and toast every day for breakfast . The the people were very nice and the place was clean. I think it was rated an 8.2 out of 10. That’s impossible. I’d give it a 6 out of 10.

The general pool area, bar and dining area were ok. But we had problems with the room; no power in the bathroom and couldn’t lock the patio door. Also, the room I booked appeared to be next to a pool, so I was expecting to be able to just step out into that pool. However, this was not the case, as pool sides were too deep to be able to comfortably climb in and out. The premises were on many levels so we were constantly climbing up/down steps, definitely not wheelchair friendly. Overall, the rooms were ok bit in comparison to other resorts, this resort is now out of date.

This location is one of the best on beautiful Chewang Beach. This is our second stay here this trip. Beautiful to walk out the door to walk the beach. In calm weather, this is also a great place to swim. KC also has a couple of lovely pools. The massage ladies just on the beach are great, too. You can have a massage while you Listen to the waves. Hard to beat! Staff are friendly and most helpful. Breakfast is well done with good choices. I would recommend this place!

I stayed in a villa for approximately 2 weeks during the end of the November raining season. So the hotel was rather empty. All in all, this was a great choice for me, travelling solo. Close enough to all the shops, bars and restaurants, but also far enough away to have some peace and quiet. The staff is polite and attentive. The breakfast buffet is all you need with no frills. Sometimes a little strange, serving things like spaghetti and marinara in the morning. The room was cleaned daily. The facilities were adequate. And I would absolutely stay here again!
