Overall it's a very nice place to stay .The staff is very polite and friendly . The best part is they upgraded us to a 1bed villa with private bathtub for our honeymoon .kudos to the team

for the VIP access , as was indicated when booking this room, unfortunately, it does not even correspond. firstly, at my request (for a fee) to wake me up every day at 8 am - this has never happened in all my days. secondly, the air conditioner is broken, it was repaired - but again, for such an amount, I’m upset. third, a waiting place is not provided if the departure is later than check-out. their towels turned out to be all dirty when they asked for one day to take a shower. and there was no room for a massage. Well, that's funny. I'm not happy with the hotel. And yet, at breakfasts, waiters don’t stand there for beauty, right? or do they have a specifically biased attitude towards girls who allow themselves to rest on their own?

Good hotel but check to see if you can get a sale
Posted 16 Jun 2024 on HotelsReasonable accommodation if you can get a sale price, we requested a sea view and they put us right at the front overlooking the beach
They can organise delivery of a scooter for you

If you want to stay in Chaweng beach area, I think this is one of the best options for the money. The good:
staff is super friendly, smiley and accommodating
it was hot when we were there and this was the coolest pool I experienced on the whole island to be honest
location is north side of chaweng and right next to a chill beach restaurant/bar called “our place”
The bad:
-hotel not flexible with depending on policy. I had to pay for an extra night despite staying 10 days. Beware
-rooms are a bit simple and lots of little problems (water pressure, thin walls, hot) maybe matching to price
-not the best area of the beach and the speakers at the pool are not great
-steep stairs to lobby and breakfast place
-need to get lucky for room locations on property
-pool towels and umbrellas are falling apart
-gym is hot and tiny
I think overall the location to the price is very good hence 4 stars. Just make sure you get the booking right it make sure to get a flexible option in case you need to change.

Posted 26 Apr 2024 on HotelsGreat place, chilled vibe, right on beach. Sea is very shallow so cant really swim but has a pool. 15/20 mins walk into main Chaweng.

Staff are amazing very friendly always smiling happy to help rooms are clean and tidy with good water pressure for shower outdoor area big. A bit far from party Central but can walk 15 minutes surrounding areas great good food options.
