The room is very clean and new facility. All staffs are very friendly and the option to communicate with the staff using chat makes it very easy and efficient

Excellent, friendly, professional and caring staff and management which go out of their way to assist and serve.
Expedia's presentation (by photos) of the property on your website is grossly misleading customers as being on the beach. This is a blatant deceit, hopefully unintentional. No hot water in sinks, hot water supply and control of hot/cold water in showers very bad, very low quality, old bed mattresses

Nice stylish hotel food and drinks expensive, remote location you need transport to get anywhere also not ideal for a single traveller more a couples hotel

Must Stay!!
Posted 28 Jul 2024 on HotelsChi Samui Resort is a great. The staff was extremely nice. The rooms are exactly as pictured. There is a gym, spa, and so much more to keep you entertained or to help you relax. The Lanna Cafe has great food at reasonable prices. I would highly recommend Chi Samui Resort.

Clean and modern
