Wouldn't stay anywhere else number 1 resort in Koh Samui

Property is in excellent condition. Friendly, professional & very polite staff. I want to give a shoutout to Tidarat (AI) and Kelvin who provided excellent services. Will definitely go back to Samui and stay at Centara Reserve again. Thank you , Victor From USA

Nice hotel but cleaning could have been a bit better. Didn’t LOve the location but the staff was great

Every aspect of the facility and our experiences there were outstanding. The only suggestion I would make is regarding dairy housekeeping. The staff are wonderful but they are provided with a broom rather than a vacuum cleaner for cleaning. The result is some accumulation of dust etc in the corners and remote areas of the room. Understanding that speed of turnover is important, but in light of the low cost and high availability of labor, hiring additional workers and purchasing vacuum cleaners might be a good option for management to consider.
