I called ahead, before making my reservation,to the front desk and was told parking was available for 50baht basically accross the street at a bar. When I arrived the bar said no parking available
The nearest parking I was able to find was over 1.5k away. Had they told me no gauranteed parking, I would not have taken the room. I called and messaged them after, no response

'free parking' was actually parking at the shoulder of the road or at a restaurant opposite the hotel. hotel don't have private parking bay. very noisy. loud music from bars nearby till 4am. couldnt sleep for the whole night. centrally located. short walk to the beach, outlet village, shopping mall, restaurants, hard rock cafe, hooters, etc....

Bed Bugs :(
Posted 10 Mar 2017 on HotelsThe front desk person was helpful and friendly, and the location was awesome, right across from the beach. The place seemed clean enough...
But it had bed bugs! Also, the dorm I was in was quiet, but towards the back of the building, the hostel butts up against a club or something where there was always loud music going.
