Lovely room in peaceful resort

Nice sized room with big bed and lovely balcony. We had a fridge and good tv which was great but the air con didn’t get very cool and WiFi was patchy in our room. Breakfast and pool were nice and we loved only walking 5 minutes to the beach. Although the resort was peaceful there was a lot of noise from the bars across the road until around 1am each night.

Lack of English would be okay.. but if receptionists doesn't understand even one word I don't really see the point of that person being there by herself..... also hotel condirmed that they will do something special for us but nothing was done when we arrived.

The hotel is lovely, big spacious rooms, fresh breakfast and the location is great in between Chaweng and Fisherman’s village! However the hotel could be kept better, it is a bit tatty in areas, also staff not as helpful as I would have liked. The pool bar was never open either!

This property needs a lot of maintenance. The pool is out of action so there is no swim up bar or any bar at all. There is no restaurant except for breakfast.

Had no Wi-Fi for our stay kept saying was fixed but never was. Like most places here needs a bit more TLC and maintenance.

Staff is lazy and service is slow. Mixed up room booking and services, took us forever to check-in. I didn’t know a five star hotel would require guests to specifically request for change of towels in order to provide that. And when we asked about the excursions the hotel offered, the staff simply made us follow her to the tour agent across the street, left us there and let us dealt with the agent directly

The Staff is soo friendly! We arrived at 12 and didn‘t have to wait till the proper check in time which is 14.00 we could straight go to our room! The Breakfast was really good and got fresh fruits everyday! The Hotel itself appears to be a little bit older, the poolbar isn‘t used anymore and the sunbeds are really uncomfortable but the big sofas are great. The Beach is just around the corner and i cannot stress enough about how great the stuff is! It felt like home! We stayed 6 Nights and i highly recommend this Hotel :) Best Regards and thank you again!
