This property has the basics, no hot water , no swimming pool, but it’s on a beautiful island and there’s plenty to see and do.

This was our first time to Koh Lipe and we didn’t really know what area to book. We got really lucky with Bella Vista. It is near the walking street and entertainment area but also far enough so that it is peaceful and quiet. The location provides a great view. The staff was very friendly and worked hard to keep the property clean. I would love to stay here again

Fantastic location, right on Pattaya beach. Decent wifi and breakfast.

Terrible outdated rooms with great location
Posted 16 Feb 2019 on HotelsThe rooms are dated with very little furniture in the room. It feels as if they rooms are half done. Dirty bathrooms. No water in the shower if other rooms are also taking shower, we were told. Sporadic hot water in the shower. Rooms ending with 07 and 08 will have to breath lots of smoke every mornginf because of the stuff they burn on the nearby field.

I liked it’s next to the beach. I didn’t like the standard room. Too standard. No TV, and little of humidity.

We got the room where we opened the balcony door and could see the sea and jump into the beach, run to the water! Room was amazing - new, modern and comfortable. The hotel sent a staff to pick our luggage up from the immigration and sent them to immigration when we left. Truly appreciated.
