Highly Recommended If its stay in cochin then its Adam Wood House little far from airport but all sightseeing are near from here .Uncle went out of way & helped us alot .liked hospitality

Worst Experience Ever. Did Not Honour Booking
Posted 26 Dec 2017 on HotelsHad a booking all paid for. When we tried to check in at 14:00 we were told by phone room would not be free until 7pm. When we explained we had booked & paid for room, we were then told, hotel in fact full. And then denied we had a booking all together.
The manager refused to cancel booking and return money. Meaning we have to go through tedious process of complaining to get it back. I have never in my all years of travelling come across anything as unpleasant or unprofessional.

Confusion.
Posted 20 Jan 2013 on HotelsThis home stay is difficult to find. It does not have a sign on the street or on the property. It is quite removed from other hotels and restaurants and tourist sites. The manager/owner disputed our reservation which we had in writing. Then still gave us an inferior room to what was paid. His travel arrangements for us proved to be unreliable and questionable. We would not recommend this establishment. It is a typical Indian room accomodation - no place for luggage, no chairs, no desk, and no TV.

Posted 1 Jun 2014 on HotelsLåg en bra bit från Fort men dit går det rätt fort med tuk-tuk. Ägaren trevlig men såg inte av han särskilt mycket. Väldigt basic men helt ok.

Toll für Touristen
Posted 20 Oct 2013 on HotelsIch wurde abgeholt (kostet gleich wie ein Taxi) und habe zum Airport dann ein Taxi genommen, da ich sowie so bezahlen musste. Für indische Verhältnisse ist das Homestay eher teuer! Man kann es in naher Umgebung zu einem 1/3 Preis haben. Ich wusste nicht genau, ob ich willkommen bin oder nicht. Das Zimmer war sehr schmutzig und wurde dann aber noch geputzt. Er wollte mir vorallem viel verkaufen (Touren), woran er dann verdient, dass fand ich etwas aufdringlich. Allen im allen aber gut und ok.

Sentralt og tilbaketrukket
Posted 8 Jan 2013 on HotelsJeg bodde i AdamsWoodHouse en hel uke. Husverten bygger opp stedet fra å være B&B til å bli et lite hotell. Jeg bodde i et helt nytt rom med nytt bad. Rommet har hentet design fra de gamle risbåtene, med bambus og stråflettede vegger. Fargene er inspirert av Goa. Det er enkelt og fint. Det er også klassiske rom i Adams Woodhouse, Husverten holder rommene rente, og han er meget hjelpsom når det kommer til reiseruter og ekskursjoner. Byggeaktiviteten skaper endel rot rundt eiendommen - men det vil helt sikkert endre seg. Jeg likte meg veldig godt i Adams WoodHouse, og fant mye hygge i Fort Cochin.

Bra budgetboende
Posted 8 Nov 2012 on HotelsAdams wood house är ett trevlig boende. Värden hjälper till med att ordna utflykter till rimlig kostnad. Han gav oss många tips som vi hade mycket nytta av vid vår vistelse i Kochi.
