"Far from Erciyes, we came for skiing, the apartments are new and very comfortable. Area is just apartment buildings , most of them empty stil. Mostly new buildings. Ok for a week and for ski holiday."

"The only challenge was there was not available staff to attend to our needs, on checking in, no one at the reception for 30mins, communication barrier as staff finally available speaks very little English,on checking out, no staff to hand over keys and we had a taxi waiting to take us to airport. Amazing stay at niche !

"It was a great stay. The staff was very cooperative and friendly, and offered us advise on to do things around the area. They were fluent in english and very curteous. They offered us a free upgrade, the exclusive cave suite is worth the money ! The room was extremely clean and room service was great. Breakfast had loads of variety and the spot had great views of the town. The place is very centrally located and we walked around and explored a lot of surrounding cafes and restaurants. "

"This is a very unique property. It is not a your typical hotel. The rooms are built on a hill and layout rooms are spread around several levels around caves. The staff was friendly, pleasant and accomating. The room decode is vintage with some contemporary flare. Highly recommend this hotel."
