Better improving service
Posted 17 Feb 2020 on HotelsBreakfast Average and restaurant area was very cold. Room service is not good. Front desk officers not so kind. If staff had behaved like professional, hotel would be good. No slippers in room. Parking area was so few.

Air conditioning not working !

Posted 23 Jul 2018 on HotelsIt was very hot and the AC was not working and the staff members did not understand a word of English. They said "okay no problem" to everything. I tried to use Google translate to tell them to turn on the AC. After which they understood what I wanted but the AC was never turned on. I was there only for a few hours as I waited for my flight but I'd not go there again even if they let me stay for free.

Rezervasyonda sorun yaşamadık. Odalar temizdi hizmet güzeldi kahvaltısı da güzeldi her şey yerindeydi artık her zaman tercih ederim

Posted 17 Jan 2022 on HotelsKayak tatili için genel olarak konakladığımız oteldir. Yatmadan yatmaya geldiğimiz ve otelde pek zaman geçirmediğimiz için bize yeterli geliyor. Temizlik ve hijyen açısından iyi durumda. Personeller güleryüzlüydü, memnun kaldık.
