Bianca was super helpful and friendly. Rooms are nice and clean. Nice to have the shower separate from the sink and toilet

the property was very clean but was not told the a/c was turned off for season . no screen on door to be able to leave it open for air.

This hotel is generally quite nice but accessing it with a car, due to construction in the area, is quite difficult.

The hotel was not as clean as I would have liked it to be. The location was great as it was in the city center. Hotel staff was friendly.

Finding the hotel was a breeze. Checking in was quick and easy. The person who checked us is in was friendly and provided us with a map and directions to the main haupstrasse district and attractions. The room was large and clean. Breakfast was great with many options. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and professional. We would definitely stay again here. Highly recommended.

The property was wonderful. Clean and in a great location. One girl on reception was rude, nasty and actually rolled her eyes at us. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my travels. I would not stay there again.

Short stay
Posted 17 Jul 2024 on HotelsEverything was very clean and staff are exceptionally friendly. Good breakfast room options, but website does not tell you how much breakfast costs when booking. Only concern was air conditioning not working in the room. The room stayed about 85F all night which made sleeping very uncomfortable. We arrived so late at night that by the time we were in bed and noticed the room was not cooling, we were to tired to pack up and ask for another room. We were on ground floor, so did not feel safe opening patio door all night to fool room dowm. No windows other than the patio door.
