Didn’t like the elevator took forever to get to the 6th floor to take me down to check out. Seemed only one out of three were operating

Staff and checking in wasn’t an issue, breakfast was ok but quite expensive a lot of building work been carried out in the surrounding area which ruined the view but not the hotels fault although it would have been nice to be informed

Could have been alot nicer with just a few changes

Room was not cleaned one of the days out of the 4 nights we stayed and mini bar was not restocked. However compensation was taken of our bill for this.
Somehow my purse ended up at reception, we received a call in the room at midnight when we were asleep telling us we needed to go to reception and had no idea why.
I appreciated getting my purse back and luckily my cards were still there but money was missing.
Most disappointing thing was not being able to use the garden area or to buy a drink (hot or cold) during the day as bar didn’t open until 5pm

Hotel in general was nice and clean. Room was fine, but the air conditioning isnt the greatest. Good views from the room. The river walk is 5 min from hotel. Compared to the several other hotel breakfast buffets I've done so far this is very expensive. The bar area was a good place to watch the Euro cup games. The bar tenders were very nice, but would leave for 10-15 min at a time leaving people waiting for tabs or to order.

Nice room, Good location albeit right next to a major road.
The hotel is old, the air con somewhat asthmatic and the lifts are tired but it still has a certain late 80’ies charm.

Great beds. Restaurant service and food were terrific. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the old town. Underground paid parking. Small drawback, soap on the wall next to the sink
Is positioned so that it’s difficult to pump. Would recommend this hotel strongly.
