The mandatory cleaning charge of 75 Euro and the linen and towel surcharge of 15 Euro per person increased the advertised roommate by > 25% for a 4 night stay.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor accessible over a staircase, where the landings between the flights are occupied with decorative items and furniture, making passing difficult while carrying luggage up or down the stairs.
We will clearly not come back to this apartment.

Thank you very dear guests for taking the time to review the apartment you have booked.
This gives us the opportunity to clear up any misunderstandings.
Apartments must always be properly cleaned after the departure of guests and also the bed linen + towels are washed afterwards by a laundry. The costs incurred are always the same, regardless of whether an apartment is occupied for 4 days or 14 days, for example. The additional costs are generally always shown separately in Germany.
We have also presented this as optimally as possible on the Expedia webpage.
We like to use nice decorations for our apartments so that they are as comfortable as possible. Too bad that these guests have rated this negatively.
That these two points were criticized by our guests is very unfortunate, especially because guests our very exact representation and also our beautiful decoration with other portals particularly positively evaluate.
It is also a pity that our guest did not describe our beautiful apartment with a word.
We normally accept criticism and try to improve ourselves and our apartments. Unfortunately in this guest evaluation nothing helpful was described over our dwelling and we can draw no use from it.
