"Property is on a small slop, 7 mins walk from jr Sannomiya station, can be difficult to find. Super near DON DONKY big store. Bf is excellent, with some days much better than others. Onsen is accepptable, but can be over whelming... too many people. Having a twin bed is rather spacious in Japan standard. ..."

"Brand new hotel that just opened December 2024. A/C worked perfectly unlike some similar properties I saw reviews for. Clean, very nice onsen and lots of elevators divided up by upper/lower levels so the waiting times weren’t too bad in my experience."
