The staff at the Hotel were polite, and their English was excellent. For the price you really cannot beat it.

駅近でロケーションは良かったです。駅ホテル間にコンビニもあって便利。ただ写真で見たより部屋のカーペットや家具が年季が入ってる感じでソファに座ってくつろぐっていう発想にはなりませんでした。

Great location. The hotel was ok, the carpets were dirty and it felt a little old. The staff however were very friendly. Good place to stay on a budget.
