We stayed here for 1 night. The hotel location from the pier was fantastic. Easy walking distance, however, the parties could be heard from the room so it was hard to rest. We knew this before booking. The staff was very polite. The room was nice however the bed was very hard! Pools were very nice but didn’t get in due to time. Easy access to a lot of shopping and food.

We absolutely loved our room (rm 312). Loved the pool area and being close to all amenities. What we hated was having to hear club music coming from Ibitza (sp?) until 3 am. Every. Single. Night. My white noise app was on full blast. But the Club music won and it made for a horrible sleep. Additionally, even though we requested and received a mattress topper, the bed was as firm as ever. Loved this location and the staff but I value my sleep more. I would recommend being far away from that hotel that could care less about adjacent hotels.

Nice location, hard beds but managable, and wifi wasn’t the best but suitable for a quick 2 night stay

Thank you so much for your review. Our mattress may be hard for Western who like softer ones, Asian like hard beds. However, we have enough toppers all the time and this will make the beds a lot more comfortable. We are now upgrading our wifi signal to cover all rooms' terrace. Hope it helps.

Great pool access room
Posted 7 Aug 2024 on HotelsThe pool access room was great. The bed was hard as a rock, but a mattress topper help it become more comfortable. The room was dark. It could use better lighting as well as a privacy curtain. Also, drawers to put away clothes and dryer rack to dry wet clothes would be helpful. The location and ocean proximity cant be beat.
