This hotel was right in the middle of everything! Depending on what you like, that can be good or bad. The upside is that the hotel is only a few minutes from the ferry. The staff were very welcoming, the room was clean, and including breakfast was a good thing, since it was a buffet with an option for custom eggs / omelettes. The swimming pool was nice, but had limited deck chairs and no real shaded area in the hot sun. You could shop and wander to different beach areas, but I found this location of Phi Phi very packed with people and boats coming in and out of the harbour. While it is a good jumping off point, I would suggest a couple nights in a more remote area of the island where it is not so busy

Very good location. Room is quite rundown. Garden and pool are very nice.

The rooms and the bathroom are in a very big need of upgrades.
Had problems with the toilet and had problems with drainage of the shower

Decent breakfast and rooms, and the property was kept up nicely. Nice gym and location. The price was low and surely worth the $$

Everything was very good but the smell of sewer…
The island is overcrowded… so sad … ocean was dirty … will never come back
