"I've stayed here two times now. I'll continue to stay here whenever I return. Lovely staff very friendly and helpful. You're close to the beach on foot also moto taxis outside, 7/11 very close. Your room gets cleaned every day restocked with new towels, water, and other necessity. I really love this hotel. It's perfect. Thank you again "

"The staff are super friendly and helpful. The cleanliness was great, but it is difficult to maintain certain aspects of property in a tropical climate. This had no impact on our stay - thoroughly enjoyable. The breakfast was unexpectedly tasty!"

"The location is as good as it gets in Pattaya. The Base is right in the middle of all the action. The property is a condo style with no front reception or daily cleaning in the price. We stayed for a week and I'd stay again. Organising the key and the return was an easy process."

"This was a great experience i was upgraded to the club grand room after i complained about the club room, housekerping was slow in the mornings and the lounge dusaspointed me with the lsck.of variety and short time serving food....the fridge that had dtinks was locked most of the time....i was told off for taki g a can of coke to my room.....which is why i paid top money to have the club lounge.....need to have staff that can communicate in english better...."
