"Amazing stay. We were picked up by the free shuttle service and received welcome drinks. The views are stunning! The room was immaculate. The pool & rooftop bar was amazing. "I’ve travelled Thailand extensively and this is one of the worst places I’ve stayed. The description dates that there’s a bar and restaurant, this doesn’t exist. There was no water on arrival. No information given at the desk at all. If I had known to walk along the beach ten meters then I would have went to a neighbouring restaurant and saved myself a trek back to the main road. "AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Arrived to find a deserted hotel. Initially thought great but then was told no restaurant in low season even though we paid for breakfast. Steep road to cabins which taxi drivers wont drive down and need transport to get everywhere from it, even to a 7/11 which was supposed to be 400m away. "I paid for the honeymoon suite, but when we got there we were told the aircon had broken. We were put in a lesser room with no discount. The pool didn't look clean. The tv didn't work properly and there were no English speaking channels. The beach was nice and was very sheltered- good for a young family. You are definitely paying for the location and not the run down resort. "
