Great air conditioning

This place is great! It’s comfortable, the air conditioning is fantastic! The pools were great! You get access to four different pools and they’re pretty quiet. We went for the full moon party. It was close enough to walk to all the shenanigans but still far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful when we went back to the room. The floors were a little dirty and the furniture is very outdated; it might be a little too overpriced for what it is, but I figure the prices were high because of full moon party.

All the way from Koh Samui just because of the fullmoon party, still acceptable for staying 1 night. Very old resort, nothing problem with public facilities, just the room was old, bed was hard too, TV channel snowy nothing can see. They have 2 swimming pool & a nice beach. Close to the Haad Rin pier, take about 5-7mins walk to full moon party and 7-11 just right beside the resort.

two things I didn’t like was that they asked for $100 or 3000 THB as a deposit upon arrival for incidentals etc. The wanted cash only. This was completely unreasonable as most hotels hold on to a credit card. Next is that the gym hours are from 1300-1900. It became obvious that they didn’t want people to use the gym, as usually people on vacation work out in the morning or late evening. Next, there was no one at the front desk until 8am. This made checking out difficult as the first ferry back to the mainland leaves at 7am.
