"Lai Thai is in a great location with great swimming pool. Kids pool, lane swimming for serious swimmers plus lovely general swim area. Sun beds and umbrellas made it perfect ! Lovely large rooms. Very comfy bed with good size balcony. Kitchenette with full size fridge freezer was perfect for making breakfasts etc. The air con is excellent, if any issues then maintenance staff were very fast to remedy any problem. "From the moment of check-in to when we checked out. The entire staff pandered to our every wish, On the second day it looked like one of the tires on my car was low. One of staff actually used a Bicycle Pump to top up the air. He then took me a local tire repair shop and got it fixed very cheap. The next day he came back and asked f all was well. "Very bad experience, no help at the reception, receptionnists don't smile and don't give any good advices for places to visit, no barbecue included while it was written in the description. Swimming pool not cleaned after glass broken, and my friend was injured with the broken glass fallen in the pool. During checking out, receptionnist charge me money because my son was sick and used the towels, hotel not recommanded."

"Everything was GREAT! Getting familiar with the boat and pier schedule is helpful because walking monkey trail everyday could get tiring. The breakfast buffet was good too but unfortunately I got food poisoning from a pork plate that was being served. "
