"My husband and I had an amazing time at SAMSAM. The staffs that SAMSAM is super friendly and super responsive. The food by SAMSAM is absolutely delicious! The resort is located in a great area, and near by is walkable beach and local cafe and restaurants! The resort also offers bike rentals and scooter rental for fee which allowed us to explore the island! I would highly recommend SAMSAM :) "

"From the moment of check-in to when we checked out. The entire staff pandered to our every wish, On the second day it looked like one of the tires on my car was low. "Very bad experience, no help at the reception, receptionnists don't smile and don't give any good advices for places to visit, no barbecue included while it was written in the description. Swimming pool not cleaned after glass broken, and my friend was injured with the broken glass fallen in the pool. During checking out, receptionnist charge me money because my son was sick and used the towels, hotel not recommanded."
