Déjà il voulez nous refaire payer la réservation il ne comprenez pas que nous avons déjà payer!!!
Malgré tout la gentillesse de la resptioniste
Mais elle parle très peu anglais
Les photos de chambre Deluxe ne corresponde pas à la réalité 😡😡
Sur ma réservation il y écrie noir sur blanc petit déjeuner gratuit !
Faux l établissements le facture 150baht
L établissements et actuellement en vente peux être la cause de tout ça!
Mais franchement je vous le déconseille pour tout l emplacement la propreté l accueill etc
Allez plus tôt du côté de kai Beach beaucoup mieux
Et j invité à hôtel.com de se pencher sur le commentaire

I Love Koh Chang but not this run down hotel

I have been to Koh Chang many times and this was the firs Hotel I was really disappointed on, none of the receptionists could speak one word of English. They could not even get me a taxi for the airport the last day, finally after 20 minutes of sign language and slow speaking they pointed and said “taxi go white sand” I could not believe it and I had to take a taxi and look for help elsewhere.
3/13 days my room were not cleaned and finally and worst of all, the first day I “showed” that the door lock to my villa was broken so I could not lock the door at all, I brought people from the reception 2-3more times to the door during the week and they said” oooo” or “yes” and recorgniced the lock were broken but after 13days of stay they did not fix it..
most hotels are great at Koh Chang but this one was really expensive, bad service and really really REALLY far from any beech, you had to traverse ringly steep mountain roads for 10-15 minutes to get to the nearest beech.

Posted 8 Jan 2019 on HotelsThe hotel itself is not too bad and could be turned into a significant better place with some effort. The deluxe rooms are spacious and embedded in a nice garden. However everything appears a bit run down. The bathroom is partly open but functional.
The breakfast is very basic and repetitive. If you like eggs-good for you. If you're more into fresh fruit - there are none! (Never experienced this in any hotel in Thailand before.)
Despite being located pretty much in the middle of nowhere, it seems there is no restaurant or bar in the hotel. (Based on the taste of the breakfast it's probably better this way).
The hotel is quite a distance from the beach and the road is not made for walking. Taxis on the island are rather expensive. There is a hotel shuttle to the nearest beach four times a day. (last shuttle at 8p.m.) To go back you need to call the hotel and if you're lucky the driver will show up. If not, be prepared to pay 300 baht for two persons for the short ride from the beach back to the hotel.
Overall there are definitely better options on the island.
