Satisfactory although the room was damp. Advertised with air conditioning but only fan provided. No window covering in shower room.

Yes unfortunately we did have a water leak and had 2 replace 2 geysers above the room. I am not sure where it is advertised that we have air conditioners. I will check and rectify according. Knysna has a very mild climate and room fans are always adequate. Not sure what you mean by window covering in shower room? The external windows are frosted. The glass surrounding the shower cubicle is clear glass which we believe is most typical. Thank you for your feedback as we do strive to make our rooms and service as perfect as possible. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Freundliche Gastgeber, ein tolles Mitarbeiterteam, blitzsaubere Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, bequeme Betten - es hat einfach alles gestimmt. Danke!

Sehr schönes Gästehaus mit schöner Außenanlage zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen. Es liegt ruhig direkt an der Lagune. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schönes Guesthouse im landestypischen Style

Pros: Personal, Lage und gutes Frühstück.
Cons: Die Badreinigung.
Location: Das Hotel befindet sich auf Leisure Island in der Lagune von Knysna. Die Gegend bietet sich für Bootstouren (je nach Jahreszeit zum Whale watching) an
Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet reichlich Platz, auch im Garten und am Pool. Das Guesthouse liegt in einer ruhigen gehobenen Wohngegend auf einer Insel, die über einen Damm direkt mit dem Auto zu erreichen ist. Von hier aus lässt sich die Gegend von Knysna gut erkunden.
