Didn't have the Jacuzzi suite available like we paid for got downgraded to simple room with no money refunded to us

Bed was good. Shower was clean. Otherwise entire property is shabby. Cracked moldy looking walls and ceiling. Carpeting throughout is gross. Everything looks old. A $50 hotel charging $80.
