Staff was kind and efficient. The property needs maintenance, faucet barely worked. Damage to interior room, felt grungy. Would NOT stay or recommend this property/location ever.

Floors were dirty (still hair in the bathroom floor) absolutely zero water pressure, to me that’s a big thing, if I have to struggle to get shampoo out of my hair with really short hair at that it should say how bad that was.

Stayed here for a football game and was very satisfied. Can’t beat it for the price

It's no five star hotel but you kinda know that going in. If you like a firm mattress, this is the place for you. It was quiet, clean, and you can reserve an Olympus shuttle to hitch a ride to Neyland stadium and back.

Not one, I stayed in a room with live and dead roaches. Next morning, I asked him to move me and when I did, the room smelled so bad. I just left the hotel and did not use the room. Line was too long to talk about it as I was going to the game, I called to ask for some resolution and they would not give a refund so doing a Visa chargeback.
