Great customer service at the front desk. What I didn't like is the traffic, church bells and loud noises well into the night. Didn't sleep well.

Being in the heart of the city, we do know that it can get a bit too loud for some of our guests at times. Should you choose to stay with us again in the future, please reach out to us prior to your arrival and we will do our best to assign you a room on the opposite side of the building, which tends to be much quieter. The hotel was really nice and the staff were great! Breakfast was good. I really appreciated having laundry facilities, although there was only one washer and one dryer, so I had to wait for someone else's clothes to finish drying before I could dry mine.

Room wasn’t prepared professionally. Door seal strip hanging almost whole foot long. I don’t understand how can the maintenance staff just leave it hanging from the door like that. Bed was not clean out from last customer. Call to front desk and said house keeper is not available after hours. No offer made to send any staff up to take the old sheet and swapped with new and clean one until I complained. I paid for room not to help cleaning up and touching someone used linen. It’s very disappointing.

didn't like $25 dollar parking and noisy from business major street traffic

I am sorry to hear you found a challenge with the parking charge and outside noise. Given the nature of the Downtown market, none of the hotels near us offer free parking. We do our best to keep our price affordable and the lowest in the city. We do realize that the outside noise can be too much for some of our guests. We do offer a handful of solutions, such as box fans, sound machines, and earplugs, to help combat this challenge.Again, we thank you for your review. If you choose to stay with us again, please reach out to us directly prior to your arrival so that we can try to assign you a room on the opposite side of the building, which tends to be much quieter.Safe Travels!
