There are bugs, not sure what they are but probably roaches. They were walking all over my cats food in the bathroom. Safe to say I threw it away immediately. Overall it’s fairly clean. There were a few stains on the sheets but that’s not a big deal. The toilet though, it’s very hard to use because it’s not properly hooked up. When you sit on it the whole thing shifts forward. Plus the bugs are coming from under the toilet, not very pleasant. It seems like a fairly safe area tho. Just need to fix this bug problem.

I needed a place along my route to rest and get some work done while on a road trip. The room had blinds that were falling off the track, as the track hung down right inside the door - the curtains could not close over the window. I was so exhausted I just tried to get some work done and get to sleep, but the Wi-Fi dropped the signal every few minutes, so I decided to just go to sleep and hope for better in the morning. I woke to roaches in the sink, a filthy shower, with long hairs stuck to the wall, the bathroom door did not close because it was not fit to the frame, and the floor was dirty. The breakfast was a granola bar and an apple and the Wi-Fi still didn’t consistently work. I originally thought I might stop on my way home, but will endure the ten hour drive rather than stop there to break up the trip!

Front desk person who seemed like the owner was very surly and made us uncomfortable. I actually got the impression he was mad at us for having booked through Expedia.

Mold was on the sheets etc. And the gentelman tried to checknus into another room and it was occupied.... apsolute nightmare!!!!!!!!

Roach and bed bugs infested! I got there at 2 am after many flight delays due to weather, was exhausted, the person checking me in told me I had to pay $50 in cash for deposit to get the room (room was paid for online), I asked to have charged to CC but he refused, I didn't have but $16 in cash, when he realized I didn't have cash he said it was OK without deposit. He tried to put me in a smoking room even though I had booked non smoking. The key card he made did not work, I had to go back to the office twice! The room smelled like smoke, so I called the front desk to complain, the attendant kept picking up the phone and saying "I can't hear you, the phone is not working". I fell asleep as I was exhausted, I woke up in the morning about 7am because a bed bug was crawling on my face! I was shocked because of the condition of the room, filthy! They didn't even bother to vacuum, there were dead roaches on the floor! I took pictures, the place is not only run down but really filthy.

Checkin and out was quick and easy. Staff was friendly but the room was pretty dirty. If it didn’t have to be cleaned (bathroom counter, sheets) it wasn’t. Tv remote could not be turned off or any channels changed with the remote that was there and the bed skirts had a dried *mystery* spill on it.
